Sunflower Salmon (Recipe) サラダ 🥗 料理法

The Refresher

Per Serving:


~100g salmon

~50g/ small handful of honey roasted sunflower seeds

~1 tbsp of Kewpie mayonnaise

~1/2 lettuce/ salad greens (premix)

~1/2 apple


Steps:


1. Grill / pan fry salmon and shred

2. Chop apple into 1-2cm cubes

3. Chop greens coarsely

4. Mix all ingredients together with 1 tbsp of Kewpie mayonnaise first (add more if you prefer to)
